At this time, we are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, we’re happy to provide monthly Superbills (detailed invoices) which you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We accept credit/debit cards, as well as HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) payments. A card will be kept securely on file for convenient billing.
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made on the same day or missed appointments will be charged the full session fee, as we reserve this time just for your child.
The best way is to contact your insurance provider directly and ask about your plan’s out-of-network reimbursement for speech therapy services using CPT code 92507.
